ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re seeking a Demand Generation Leader to drive integrated campaigns that surpass our pipeline and revenue goals for net new, upsell and cross-sell business. The right candidate will envision the offers and experiences that align to our prospect journey from awareness to advocacy and optimize resources accordingly. Serving as a vital member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Demand Generation leader will guide Performance Marketing and Marketing Operations Teams to determine to what extent Marketing can be an efficient lever for product-led and sales-assisted growth.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME• Direct a highly engaged and productive team of marketers executing SEM, paid social advertising, affiliate/influencer marketing, lifecycle marketing, outbound research, marketing operations and analytics to achieve company goals• Represent each tactic (eg email, SEM) as a revenue-producing channel for the company, overseeing execution of its initiatives and owning its contribution to pipeline and revenue generation• Own the budget for performance and technology, ensuring the maximum return on investment for each marketing dollar spent on every channel and platform• Increase our return on advertising spend for SEM, paid social, affiliate and influencer marketing• Own the Marketing-sourced lead management process, working with cross-functional leaders to maximize the velocity and conversion of MQLs and SQLs through scoring, routing and qualification processes.• Ensure that outbound researchers and agencies deliver a set number of enriched accounts and contacts to Sales at an agreed-upon cadence• Partner with operational teams to improve and scale lead qualification processes• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop thematic campaigns–including events and web properties–that achieve specific business objectives• Diplomatically project manage resources across performance marketing and creative teams to satisfy webpage and ad testing frameworks
WHO YOU ARE  • 4 to 10 years managing teams of channel-specific and operational marketers at a B2B tech company• A track record of using integrated campaigns to achieve exponential business growth, with the numbers to prove it• An innate energy and curiosity for “how” to achieve content-market fit by channel in a scalable way• Experience partnering with Finance to deduce and measure acceptable customer acquisition costs by tactic• A passion for data and a love of spreadsheets and numbers• Ease working within Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Sheets, and Excel• Ability to distill Marketing results into digestible and clear presentations• A history of following through from marketing performance insight to recommendation to action• A desire to stretch one’s abilities to get the job done as business needs change• Close relationships with past sales leaders as a result of successful partnerships• Examples of close collaboration with Product, Creative and Sales teams to identify opportunities and surmount GTM obstacles• A mindset of continual experimentation to achieve incremental improvements that add up to big results over time
