Responsibilities:

• Perform basic book-keeping
• Maintain accurate data on the digital system and physical financial records
• Perform support to the account department with office tasks such as filing all proper documentation and processing the mails for different entities 
• Updating and maintaining fixed asset registers and expense listing 
• Processing AR/AP as assigned by the finance manager and updating of ledgers and budget, projection and forms 
• Assist in reconciling petty cash claims from different departments 
• Process reimbursement forms within the organization
• Assistance with preparation of documentation for audit purpose and taxation filing purpose

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance/ Accounting
• 1-2 years' experience in commercial accounting, familiar with Excel, QBO
• Mandarin Chinese knowledge is an advantage, for communicating with various stakeholders across the company
• Well organized, careful and patient, put enough attention on details
