About the job
You will have the opportunity to partner closely with executives to drive execution on high profile initiatives in support of business priorities. The ideal candidate for this role is curious and thinks proactively by making improvements within the orgs they support before they are asked. You will serve as a point person for both your executives’ direct reports and the administrative business partners in your organization. You will provide proactive calendar support, juggling multiple deliverables with competing deadlines and take effective action without knowing the full picture.
In this role, you’ll:
Complete a variety of everyday tasks supporting two Vice Presidents in the Segment Go-to-Market team - specifically, for the VP Marketing and the VP of Customer Success, Professional Services, Partnerships, and Business Development - including, but not limited to, managing complex and busy calendars, handling end-to-end meeting coordination and facilitation, coordinating and booking travel, filing and approving expense reports.
Partner with your execs to understand their priorities, stack-rank meeting requests and redirect as needed, work independently and make quick decisions on behalf of your executive(s).
Draft presentations, take meeting minutes/actions, and coordinate oral and written communication for executives.
Act as a point person for your executives’ direct reports and team, build strong cross functional relationships, maintain team morale, and serve as a culture champion.
Organize and assist with special events (like team building activities, leadership summits, offsites) and ensure successful meetings through research, participant coordination, material preparation, and logistics management.
Recognize where processes can be improved and make adjustments, own long term projects and have a deep understanding of the overall business.
Project manage ongoing initiatives via meeting management, document organization, and both email and in-person follow-ups. Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful project completion.

5+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the High Tech industry, with the ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Superior attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational skills.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, partner closely with leaders, and keep multiple teams and projects on track in parallel.
Experience with contract management, procurement processes, and proficiency with common administrative tools (i.e. Zoom, G-Suite, etc.)
Internal communications experience - leading and developing org-wide all hands meetings, drafting emails/program updates, inbox management
Project management experience
Experience planning and preparing for business operating cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews or Long Range Planning meetings.
Experience supporting go-to-market executives is a plus.
Twilio is a Remote First employer; however, due to the nature of this role and executives it will be supporting, candidates need to be based in North America and have the ability to come into the San Francisco office on a periodic basis in order to execute in person meetings and events.
Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $90,320.00 to $112,900.00.
Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
