Agile Change Agent

Location: Amsterdam Surrounds (Remote during COVID)

Start Date: January 2021

Our client is a global retail organisation headquartered in the Netherlands. We are looking for a strong Agile Change Agent that can help develop an agile delivery framework for the clients global IAM (Identity & Access Management) programme. We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic planning in a complex & dynamic environment. We need a seasoned Agile Change Agent to work alongside the IAM leadership team to:

• Stream strategy, roadmap, and accountability to be clearly defined
• Support prioritizing and aligning day-to-day work to business objectives
• Clear translation of the IAM strategy and roadmap into IAM streams
• Co-develop and promote appropriate values, principles, and practices to enable greater value delivery
• Create a self-sustaining capability for continuous improvement
• Provide Program Management and Agile Delivery Oversight
• Support the Product Owners to define the Product Backlogs and integrate User Experience Feedbacks
• Create an environment in which to allow for improved User Experience
• Collaborate with Operations to enable incremental delivery and de-risk projects 
• Standardize reporting which is currently fragmented, no single version of truth

Requirements

• Highly experienced with agile delivery methods 
• 10+ years track record in delivering IT successfully with agile methods
• Ability to adopt a coaching stance to support others to articulate and address problems and opportunities
• Experience working with Azure cloud migrations and Identity Access Management solutions is preferred
