The Team​
The recently formed ECommerce team plays a leading role in our mission, through high-tempo delivery, rigorous performance measurement, logistical excellence and rapidly expanding catalog.This role will require a keen eye for B2B solutions, an ever-adapting strategy, continued experiment acceleration, channel diversification, and a sizable increase in personalization and targeting capabilities both internally and on behalf of our ECommerce partners.Our team is responsible for an outsized GMV growth share into our IPO; leveraging the largest ECommerce partners and segments, while at the same time building entrepreneurial experiments to enable anyone with a phone to become their own business.You will lead and grow a world-class team, setting a high bar by getting deep into the weeds and delivering results while empowering them to succeed with blinding speed.

Your Impact
- You will formulate and execute the product strategy to achieve Rappi’s business targets by not only handling our ECommerce Partner’s needs but also foreseeing opportunities we had not yet mapped.- You will excel in logistics and operations; with a deep understanding that the only way we’ll succeed is not with sales, but with perfectly delivered orders at a high transactional NPS.- You will galvanize and administer the efforts of your team, providing direction, mentorship, and executional assistance.- You will hire and develop extraordinary product leaders, mobilizing them to execute on your vision while positioning them to achieve their ambitious professional development goals.- You will continually build on the foundation for user and team growth through the development of repeatable, scalable processes and frameworks, while never losing the speed needed to succeed at a startup.- You will work with our channel partners, marketing, creative, data, engineering and other product leads to uncover new insights and opportunities for cross-team collaboration.- You will roll up your sleeves and lead by example; we seek leaders, not managers.
