The Role

As a Regional Customer Success Manager you are the go-to partner for school district leaders. Leveraging industry and regional knowledge, you will be building and managing relationships with key decision-makers in your territory and owning your book of business. By breaking down district administrators’ curricular goals,  you will work together to make sure they are executing on their intended use case of Newsela. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Professional Learning team to ensure professional development training is meeting the specific needs of your clients. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor managing every step of the client life cycle, leading to successful achievement of a district's desired outcomes and resulting in renewal and expansion of their Newsela subscription.

With 3+ years experience managing enterprise level client accounts, you have a demonstrated ability to drive revenue through growth, retention and expansion. You are meticulous about understanding your clients’ goals and uncovering unstated risk points in a way that allows you to take action on them. You have demonstrated the ability to strategically design a custom client communication cadence and plan to achieve mutual goals.
