Biz ops role for an agile, data-and-systems-obsessed operator, who thinks like a product manager and wants to scale an organization.

Mission, Success Measures, and Ownership
This role is key to a scaling sales org and its mission is singular: optimize sales operations through systems development, operations management, and data analysis. Success means that, as a result of your role, the business development team has 3x more qualified leads to target, leadership always knows the projects, the team always knows the priorities, and the head of growth knows what to optimize next.
- Network Intelligence Data Quality: Prioritize data quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations so that we can scale targeted demand gen efforts.- Funnel & Conversion Analytics: Report on on channel performance, incentive ROI, and conversation metrics  to inform strategic decisions, collective prioritization, and optimization projects. - CRM Road Map: Road maps CRM per specifics from Director of Sales + manages agent team to execute, in collaboration with a cross-functional working group. - Project Management: Based on analytics, identify and execute optimization projects that improve throughput across the funnel. - Operations Management: Team point guard. Reporting overall pipeline visibility, assigning prioritization + staffing key deals, prioritizing content for a content developer. 
This role is building operational foundations and, depending on performance, is the key collaborator with whom the Head of Growth will scale the organization. [Insert why this is likely given our growth trajectory to date, just based on expansion.]

Capabilities & Requirements

  • Ability to learn and execute quickly 
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operating in a matrixed environment
  • Experience organizing and creating presentations ranging from executive presentations to team  meetings
  • Strong analytical skills to support independent decision making and accountability, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management & reporting skill

Compensation & Benefits
Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours2022: $90,000 annual (base + bonus) + equity!
