Samsung SDS America is looking for a motivated and experienced senior indirect sales professional to engage with large enterprise partners to sell SDSA solutions and products by driving business development activities. The successful candidate will work with cross functional Samsung teams, plus existing and potential new partners to drive new sales opportunities, and to ensure partner success and revenue growth. We are looking for a business expert with consultative sales experience, and the ability to bring expertise in the areas of partner management, partner program development, strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management. The right candidate for this position possesses a sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to aggressively develop opportunity pipeline through indirect channels.

  • Managed existing partners and develop new partners focus at Big 4 Consulting type organizations that have a ServiceNow practice.
  • Leverage new and existing SDSA solutions to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities
  • Meet target revenue and profitability for solution and services sales, including accurate opportunity forecasting
  • Develop partner plans and work with each partner to meet specific targets
  • Manage internal resources (SDS) and external partners (vendors and solutions partners) for successful account-specific project management (success criteria includes on-time, on-budget, on-function/scope)
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure delivery of products and services for assigned partners
  • Manage account/project specific issues, risks and quality
  • Participate in external reputation building (in alignment with marketing campaigns, industry events, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% in the US
  • Must have experience with Telecom/IT Expense Management (TEM) and Managed Mobility Services (MMS)
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in Indirect Sales, including 5+ years of experience in either:
    • Mobile sales
    • Enterprise IT sales
    • SaaS Software sales
  • Proven sales track records in enterprise sales with large solution partners
  • Able to build trusting relationship with solution partners at all level (CXO, middle managers, working level) based on subject matter expertise and SDS offerings
  • Product Solution Sales knowledge in enterprise ServiceNow, IT cloud, SaaS, and/or mobility solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and programs (budget, on-time, quality) and business planning capability
  • Superior technical expertise of products and services in enterprise technology solutions
  • Experience with marketing programs and campaigns
  • Excellent presentation, communications skills and Problem-solving skills
  • Team player and well organized
  • Must be capable of working remotely from the U.S, except for Colorado
