You have the flexibility to choose a full remote working setup, therefore relocation to Timisoara is not mandatory.

You will be in charge of developing and maintaining the marketing website in WordPress, working with the team members that cover various areas as web design, email marketing, or SEO. Working closely with the marketing team and the external web agency, you will help develop new website components, improve existing, and maintain website best practices around performance and accessibility.

You will need a good ability to collaborate effectively with both internal website stakeholders as well as with the external web development agency. Tasks will also require close attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• New & existing WordPress development and plugin implementations.
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to support the growth of our website and blog on WordPress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website problems, overall website health monitoring and improvements.
• Create assets for our web team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
• Make updates, test and fix minor bugs on our existing Website, Blog or Email.
• Assure email and website are browser & client-compatible and aligned to current technologies.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO techniques with the guidance of the SEO Manager.
• Create custom graphics for Website and Email campaigns, based on the current style guide.
• Monitor the collaboration with the external dev agency and implement / update website components.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years experience working with WordPress and PHP (previous work on WordPress sites, with examples/a portfolio required)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a preference for a computer science related field required
• Responsive site development experience a plus
• Project management and self starter
• Additional consideration for: HubSpot CMS, experience with email marketing creation and SEO
