Xometry is searching for a Product Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), to work in its Thomas Marketing Services unit that manages hundreds of B2B client websites and marketing programs.
As the Product Manager, CRO, you’ll oversee the workflow, analysis and project management of our Conversion Rate Optimization product. This role partners with our Marketing Strategy, SEO and SEM teams to optimize conversions and engagement across hundreds of customer websites.
We’re looking for a creative thinker with excellent analytical scales who can work with our design, development and project management teams to scale our optimization program.
Responsibilities include:• Be the product go-to for questions relating to website UX performance data, including conversion rates, engagement, bounce rates, and user experience.• Craft and implement a roadmap to streamline our CRO program and its deliverables, including A/B testing, user testing and other qualitative/quantitative research.• Directly supervise a Project Manager to assist you in managing client program deliverables and vendor work.• Plan, implement and analyze A/B tests and user tests at scale. Work with our design, development, and analyst teams to carry test projects from design all the way through statistical analysis and optimization.• Coordinate test ideas and results with our Client Services team to ensure results are positioned efficiently and accurately with clients.• Partner with our QC Manager and Channel Marketing Manager to ensure CRO and development vendors’ work meets website UX/UI best practices and our internal quality standards.• Tackle CRO issues quickly and work cross-functionally to accelerate deliverables from hypothesis to delivery.• Align product opportunities with business goals. Be able to support your product ideas with data and present them clearly to leadership teams and across operations units.
Your background/skills should include:• Experience with conversion rate funnel optimization.• Highly proficient in Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, or other relevant analytics and A/B testing tools.• Highly proficient in running tests for websites built in WordPress.• Analysis or statistical experience to understand significance and sample size.• Proficiency in modern front-end development (HTML, Schema, CSS, JS, etc.)• Proficiency in Python or similar programming language is a huge plus.
Nice-to-have experience:• Experience with B2B marketing and/or the industrial manufacturing sector
