Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Jasper Member Specialist is responsible for supporting our members through the Jasper experience, including onboarding and beyond. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conducts welcome calls with new Jasper members
  • Guides new member through onboarding, instructing them on the features and functions of the Jasper app and website
  • Provides product support through phone/video calls and chat
  • Supports our Jasper Care Coaches and is an active member of the clinical team
  • Creates informational materials for our members
  • Answer, investigate and/or direct member inquiries or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member
  • Escalates care appropriately as needed
  • Provides member feedback to clinical team and helps develop strategic improvements to the member experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant desired.  License or Certificate can be substituted with 5 years of equivalent job related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Experience in oncology strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and particular attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner while interacting with others and in their appearance
  • Ability to empathize with our members and provide reassuring support
  • Personal sense of drive to go above and beyond for our members to ensure they experience the white glove Jasper experience and support our clinical team
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

The cash compensation band for this role is $32,000 - $62,000.
