The hiring range for this role is:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Synergie Medication Collective is a new medication contracting organization founded by a group of Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliated companies to serve both Blues and select independent health plans. Synergie is focused on improving affordability and access to costly medical benefit drugs — ones that are injected or infused by a health care professional in a clinical setting — for nearly 100 million Americans.
The IT Project Coordinator assists the Product Manager in managing and executing technology-driven projects. This role combines project management responsibilities with business analysis, providing support throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and processes, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical
solutions.
Primary Job Functions
Project Coordination: Assists in planning, executing, and monitoring IT related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Business Analysis: Gathers and analyzes business requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and communicates effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, etc.) to ensure alignment.
Documentation & Reporting: Creates and maintains project documentation, including requirements documents, project plans, timelines, and status reports. Regularly updates the Product Manager on project progress.
Process Improvement: Identifies areas for process improvement within IT and product development workflows, working closely with the Product Manager to optimize performance and efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals.
Risk Management: Assists in identifying and managing project risks, proactively developing mitigation plans in collaboration with the Product Manager.
Organization & Scheduling: Supports the organization of meetings, sprint planning sessions, and project timelines. Ensures resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
Education, Experience and Certification
Education
Required: Bachelors Degree
Experience
Required: Five years' relevant experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Certification
Preferred: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in project coordination or business analysis, preferably within an IT environment. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with product management processes and tools preferred
Basic knowledge of software development or technical infrastructure preferred
