Role Overview:
As an Integrations Consultant, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with customers to understand their business processes and goals. You will leverage this information to build technical solutions that meet customer requirements. Your expertise in architecting, developing, and troubleshooting technical solutions will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and goals.

Develop and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

Manage a range of important customers, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to deadlines.

Contribute to internal initiatives to improve methodologies and tools.

Navigate complex technical environments and adapt swiftly to changes.

Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in APIs, RESTful technologies & JSON objects, iPaaS solutions (Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft), data models, and technical architecture concepts. Languages should include one of the following: Javascript/TS, Node.js, or Python.

Familiarity with ClickUp's core functionality and the ability to build workarounds to product limitations.

Industry expertise and knowledge of specific industry use cases are beneficial.

Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
