The Customer Advisory Council Leader serves as a partner to customers who are participating in our strategic council are heard and feel valued. Establishes and governs the process with internal stakeholders. Oversees and executes daily activity, providing direction for internal operations team and engaging in communication with client contacts. Develops and implements business strategy by managing process improvement actions and managing relationships with internal and external business partners. Develops process workflows and ensures advisory council, product advisory and user group goals are met or exceeded
Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead, develop and execute our Customer Advisory Councils in Americas, Europe and APJMEA by developing an enduring framework, set of best practices, and templates/assets that can be leveraged across our regional general managers.
- Hosting Customer Advisory Councils – build relationships with executive customers, understand priorities and strategies of council members, work with the team to prepare content, and lead the meetings. The role would cultivate the advisory council by ensuring the meetings and content are aligned with the value expected from the customers’ perspective.
- Partnership program for our Customer Community – lead the partnership workstream of our global events, working with our director of partner ecosystem to determine the sponsorship tiers and appropriate sponsors of each event. Responsible for developing the value proposition for each partner, the event prospectus, communicate with the partner throughout the process and establish mutual goals. Develop and cultivate a white glove experience for our most strategic partners. Interface with other organizations within DXC who are responsible for the overall partners and leveraging their relationships and best practices.
- The role will help drive a world-class experience for our customer community and be a proven leader with success across three key areas: strategy & planning, community building and customer experience. The successful candidate will work extensively in a cross functional environment to partner with marketing, communication, business leaders, and sales leadership to build pipeline and sales opportunities.
