The salary range for this role, based in New York is $103,200.00 to $129,000.00, range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

  • A high-exposure and growth opportunity, Innovation Brand Management role within one of Pernod Ricard’s most dynamic teams – Ready-to-Drink and Convenience. The Innovation Brand Manager will play a key role in managing Absolut, Malibu and Jameson Brand Ready-to-Drink Portfolio and shaping the brand’s convenience strategy.
  • This exciting role requires a broadly skilled and experienced Brand Manager with innovation, marketing, strategy, project management, research and executional skill sets, who can balance thinking strategically with the key execution priorities on the business, manage multiple projects at a time and a strong ability to influence across levels within PRUSA and Global RTD Business Unit.   
  • This role is National (US) in scope and requires the ability to work cross-functionally with local and global teams, as well as interact closely with Canadian counterparts. Key cross-functional teams may include (but not limited to) Production, NPD, S&OP, Finance, Commercial Sales, Commercial Marketing, Brand Management, Business intelligence and Insights.
  • The Innovation Brand Manager will be responsible for managing agency relationships, drafting liquid and design briefs, evaluating and executing research, portfolio strategy and product development plans.
