Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Zero Trust Senior Engineer to join our team. This position will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Zero Trust architecture and framework to enhance the security of our organization's infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust Zero Trust architecture and framework for our organization, following industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zero Trust principles into various infrastructure components, systems, and applications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT and security teams for the successful implementation and operation of Zero Trust principles.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the effective implementation of Zero Trust solutions.
Keep detailed documentation of the Zero Trust architecture, implementation, and ongoing maintenance processes.
Conduct assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and potential threats in the Zero Trust architecture, and develop mitigation strategies.
Mentor and train junior engineers on Zero Trust concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in Zero Trust and other security technologies, evaluating their applicability to our organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, methodologies, and technologies, including network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and multi-factor authentication.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, designing and implementing Zero Trust, Global Network Infrastructure, or Network Security solutions.
Extensive experience with Zero Trust solution deployment, such as Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
Solid knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS networking, security, and cloud services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified ScrumMaster, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
