We have grown rapidly in the past 12 months and are looking to expand our team with an experienced HR Co-ordinator.
The Role:
Recruitment and Staffing - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. Issue & process documentation around the hiring and onboarding of employees.
Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution, coaching, and support.
Performance Management - Provide guidance to managers on performance management processes, including goal setting and employee development plans.
Training and Development - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support succession planning and career development initiatives. Responsible for overseeing HSE compliance with DSE and GDPR training and assessments.
Compensation and Benefits - Administer employee compensation programs and benefits enrolment. Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
Compliance and Policy Management - Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Manage administerial duties, ensuring file compliance in line with UK Gov and BPSS requirements.
HR Reporting and Data Management - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Requirements
Essential requirements for the role:
· HR certification (CIPD)
· Have a good track record of building, managing and retaining relationships.
· Proactive and resourceful.
· Good analytical mind and critical thinking.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Excellent time management.
Experiences and skills that would also be beneficial:
· A genuine interest in information security.
· Start-up mindset.
· University degree in any HR, or a strong, demonstratable knowledge of appropriate experience and professional skills.
