Target Range:

$150,000.00/Yr. - $160,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 20%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 20%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Leads relationship management activities with existing clients. Builds new business relationships with commercial lending prospects. Leads the team in meeting or exceeding established business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in screening and structuring new deposit opportunities
• Evaluate the potential for cross sell opportunities and cross department due diligence
• Independently formulate questions and directly engage with customers/prospects, in addition to RM and Senior Management, to address any information, issues, or concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' experience in commercial banking or related financial services
