Experience/UI Designer - Remote - New York

We are looking for an Experience/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of digital products. You will partner closely with Design Leads, Product Managers, Developers, and UX Researchers to create high-quality deliverables and design of digital products/experiences that help our clients accomplish their most challenging goals. We are looking for a champion of great design and the end users.   

Would you like to…  

• Actively collaborate with Design Leads, Product Managers, User Researchers, QA Specialists, Content Strategists, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, needs, and constraints.   
• Collaborate with Data Sciences and User Researchers to provide insights to the broader product development team. You’ll make recommendations to improve the user experience and create new concepts that you’ll bring to life.  
• Use strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of human-centered design process in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including product ideation and definition, UX design, and user research, detailed design, and optimization.  
• Communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization with minimal conflict and complications between collaborative and cross-functional personnel.  
• Solve problems using Design Thinking and available UX Methodologies. Be passionate about pushing beyond the status quo.
