Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)
Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with occasional on-call availability for high-priority tasks outside standard hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,300 - $1,700 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule: 50+ hours per week, with flexibility required to handle critical issues as they arise.
Time Zone: Primarily PST, with flexibility across various time zones for coordination as needed.

Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will support the COO with a range of projects and administrative tasks to drive company growth. This position requires close collaboration with the COO to manage strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance team efficiency. The ideal candidate is a highly organized generalist, capable of learning quickly and communicating effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Work closely with the COO to drive strategic initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
Project Management
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with company goals and are completed on time.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare/edit reports and presentations.
Team Support
- Serve as a liaison for the Sales team, facilitating communication across departments and organizing team events.
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the COO and provide administrative support to other teams.
Requirements
- Quick learner, able to master tools like Airtable, Pipedrive, Notion, Make, and Zapier.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and dependability in previous roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional and discreet in handling confidential information.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to shifting priorities.
