The Account Development Representative position provides a high level of impact to drive net new business for the organization by building relationships, navigating prospect organizations and clearly communicating the value of Exabeam. 

This is a remote role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and build pipeline by setting meetings with key decision makers
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound cold calls per day 
  • Research and identify target Accounts leveraging various data sources
  • Successfully manage and overcome objections
  • Follow successful processes
  • Identify innovative outbound campaigns and programs with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Meet and exceed your defined quota per month

Requirements:

  • Must be a self starter and proficient at working independently and remotely 
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset
  • Experience in outbound prospecting
  • Excellent time and territory management
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a high level of energy that translates to colleagues and customers
  • Experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data tools
