Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
Job Summary:
As the Educational Designer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing this mission by designing and developing engaging educational content that enhances learning across our organization. At the intersection of instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the way behavioral health professionals are trained and supported. You will be responsible for building visually compelling presentations, developing SCORM-compliant curricula, and administering our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless and impactful learning experiences.

- Build educational content delivery - Create engaging, high-quality learning mechanisms including SCORM-compliant curricula, multimedia content and interactive courses to support behavioral health training initiatives.
- LMS administration - Manage and maintain the Learning Management System ensuring user access, effective course delivery and content updatesÂ
- Collaborate with clinical staff - Work closely with clinicians, subject matter experts, and leadership to translate complex behavioral concepts and technologies into accessible, learner-friendly content.
- Instructional design strategy - Apply evidence-based instructional design principles to create effective and scalable training programs for diverse learnersÂ
- Content evaluation and improvement - assist in creating evaluation methods for assessing the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback and performance data
- Work with Concert leadership to ensure all trainings are equipped with âknowledge checksâ that can be tracked and trended to inform training and leadership and are folded into the Concert quality program.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Industrial Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, or related field.Â
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
