eCommerce Supply Chain Coordinator

- Establish and maintain professional, productive relationships with vendors and partners to ensure transparency and excellence in supply chain management, including:
- Inventory planning and receipt
- Order processing and shipment coordination
- Order troubleshooting and claims processing
- Proactively monitor order processing and fulfillment SLA’s, identifying and resolving issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and manage data exchange with fulfillment partners, ensuring accurate tracking of shipped orders and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts, collaborating with vendors to address additional supply needs proactively.
- Build, analyze, and report on supply chain metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to communicate and mitigate potential inventory risks.
- Coordinate monthly manufacturer returns and recycling shipments with the distribution center and returns processor, ensuring compliance with processes and timelines.
- Manage the creation, review, submission, and tracking of vendor purchase orders.
- Coordinate and execute bulk order processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and supply chain capabilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Exceptionally organized with advanced time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Maintains a positive, professional attitude in all interactions and work environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and beginner-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with energy industry trends, product certifications (e.g., ENERGY STAR), and the environmental impact of energy-saving technologies.
