Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand Marketing to join our growing team and oversee corporate brand strategy for Infinite Reality and GTM for our sports and entertainment business units, including the Drone Racing League and Thunder Studios. The Director of Brand Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand identity, driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty among target audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of building and elevating brands in the SaaS and/ or media and entertainment industries. The ideal candidate will be a nimble operator that loves to make an impact, thrives in start-up environments, and can skillfully move between designing strategy and executing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position Infinite Reality as a leader in its categories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.

Brand Identity: Define and communicate our portfolio of brands’ identities, including their mission, values, and unique selling propositions. Ensure consistency and cohesion across all brand touchpoints, including messaging, visuals, and tone of voice. Design a corporate brand identity and communication framework that connects the dots between the individual business units and the parent brand in support of one holistic ecosystem.

Content Creation: Develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This includes SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital channels.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other strategic initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize results.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
