About the Team:
The Customer Success team comprises two key groups: our Product Specialist group, consisting of highly trained product experts, and our Account Managers, who provide strategic guidance to our diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 1000 businesses to leading financial institutions worldwide.
Our primary focus within the Customer Success team is to act as value-added partners to our clients. We approach each interaction with a highly consultative mindset, dedicated to resolving client challenges through our product offerings. Our relentless devotion to our customers drives us to ensure they have access to the most relevant data to inform their decision-making process.
About the Role:Â
The Director of Account Management oversees a team of Account Managers tasked with achieving and surpassing dollar renewal rates through renewals while expanding relationships within their accounts.Â
We seek a data-driven Director with robust leadership and management skills to lead the expansion of our Account Management Team, playing a crucial role in guiding AlphaSenseâs business success forward.
