Director, Marketing Analytics

Raptive is looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics to join the Marketing Operations team. You will report to the VP of Marketing Operations and manage one Senior Analyst.
The Marketing Operations team oversees the technology, processes, and data that empower internal workflows - supporting multiple teams and driving growth across the company for customers, prospects, and the Creator & digital industry. In this position, you will combine data with relevant context to solve business challenges and turn them into actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the strategy, development and usage of analytics in growth & lifecycle marketing channels (email, social, organic, events), CRM and Sales operations, and surrounding systems and workflows
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data sets to measure operational effectiveness, marketing ROI, surface trends, and inform decisions
- Manage the marketing data & analytics roadmap, partnering with stakeholders around the company and prioritizing for business value and impact
- Create executive reporting and insights for top line KPIs and communications (internal + external)
- Develop unique, competitive intelligence to inform our go-to-market process and internal prioritization
- Create new data sets to enhance automation, enrichment & personalization capabilities
- Act as POC for technical data requirements with BI, Product, and Engineering teams, and with Finance for corporate reporting
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear business implications
- Continuously improve methodologies, tools, and overall capabilities, establishing best practices and process for scale and accuracy
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- 8-10 years of experience in an analytics role, ideally with management experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills - ability to learn the ins and outs of the business, retain information, and apply it to analysis and insights
- Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and influence decision-making with data-driven recommendations
- Able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks, and drive efforts forward
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing long-term thinking with hands-on execution and results
- Able to effectively communicate clear and effectively across all levels
- Experience with Snowflake, Sigma, Salesforce (or other enterprise CRMs) is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
