Job Summary
The Director, Engineering will enter Prove at a critical inflection point in its growth trajectory. You will be managing a newly formed group responsible for defining how customers interface with Prove solutions, including capabilities such as orchestration, portal, and intelligent policies. You will have a unique opportunity to scale Prove's products to new levels, while also bringing new products to market that capitalize on the immense opportunity in front of us. You will be responsible for setting and executing the technical direction for the engineering group while collaborating with Engineering & Data and Product leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow one or more software engineering teams responsible for a high-scale, highly reliable SaaS system that is a critical part of our enterprise customersā production systems.
- Mentor and develop individual contributors and more junior managers.
- Champion engineering and operational excellence in the team or teams, establishing metrics and processes for regular assessment and improvement.
- Contribute to key decisions in the group to help drive business decisions and ship the best possible product to customers.
- Partner across the groups to create world-class products and services capable of supporting the worldās leading brands.
