The Role
The Marketing Manager role on the Marketing Digital team is responsible for coordination and execution of marketing activities on veeva.com and other marketing supported websites. The Marketing Manager will own intake of requests to the Digital team and manage delivery through the entire request lifecycle.  The right candidate for this position is a detailed and organized self-starter with experience and passion for managing development of engaging digital experiences through execution and collaboration with other members of the Digital team. We are looking for a candidate who can use B2B digital marketing best practices and marketing technology expertise to deliver projects and is willing to dive in to understand and solve problems. This role requires both the ability to jump in and directly solve problems and also the skills to identify who on the team is best suited for requests and manage the overall team work against capacity.

What You'll Do

  • Own queue of inbound requests from various stakeholders, execute or assign work to appropriate team members, and validate successful delivery
  • Manage vendors who support the team on strategic projects to ensure efficient and effective collaboration and delivery
  • Develop strong understanding of web technologies in use and skills required to resolve most basic inbound requests (access requests, redirection and URL provisioning, and content updates)
  • Actively engaging with marketing stakeholders to deliver requests on time
  • Analyze web traffic and behavior data and provide recommendations for optimization

Requirements

  • Experience working in large scale Wordpress websites
  • Strong communication skills to communicate technical concepts with non-developers
  • You value autonomy and have the self-management skills to operate independently in a fully remote role
  • Thorough testing and quality assurance experience
  • You appreciate order and efficiency but have an action-oriented approach
  • Proactive approach to learning, growth, and sharing

Compensation

  • Base pay: $75,000 - $135,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
