DTiQ is seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign and Social Media Manager to support DTiQ’s growth agenda by developing, executing and optimizing lead generation campaigns through a variety of channels in paid and organic digital environments. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM), the successful candidate will be part of a team with a growth mindset targeting new logos and expanding the existing customer base. This professional will manage social and campaign platforms being responsible for digital lead journey cycle, inbound and outbound digital tactics seeking for conversion growth 

 

As Digital Campaign and Social Media Manager, this person will identify the best digital campaign practices in the market to make DTiQ stand out in digital paid platforms; will plan, execute, manage, and measure campaigns and the budget associated with them. This professional will review, assign, and optimize campaigns, and will manage all web analytics tools to analyze campaign performance. This position also works with the Content Strategist to align SEM and SEO strategy to empower the paid campaigns to make sure the programs are integrated. This person will manage the social media channels, spearheading the creation and maintenance of our brand promotions; plan and launch social media campaigns; engage with customers and became the connection of all the digital company engagement data. It is expected that this person will create the digital calendar for organic and paid initiatives to integrate them across other marketing programs such as events, customer marketing, field marketing and sales operation. As a cross-function position, the Digital Campaign and Social Media Manager will work with a variety of areas like marketing, sales, operations, product, customer experience, implementation, and support and for that reason is expected that this person has a collaborative mindset able to manage different expectations internally and externally.
