We are looking for a Controller and Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing, accounts reconciliation, and accounting functions using QuickBooks. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions with financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies

• Accounting & Reconciliation:
• Manage accounts reconciliation, including bank and credit card statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial reports.

• QuickBooks Management:
• Oversee all accounting operations in QuickBooks.
• Generate financial reports to support decision-making.

• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure timely payroll tax filings and adherence to financial regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial forecasting as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll and accounting, preferably with QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and accounting principles.
