Role Overview: As a College Live Ops Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering SMART services to college sports events. You'll assist the Live Operations Team in getting projects off the ground, producing documentation for training and operational workflows, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems during testing and live delivery phases. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge technology and be part of the excitement of college sports.
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite at the Big Ten Conference Headquarters)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in getting college projects off the ground and ensuring smooth operations.
Produce thorough documentation for training and operational workflows.
Challenge current processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with project teams to complete site surveys and system installations.
Provide feedback on software functionality and configuration.
Ensure operational quality during live events and resolve any issues promptly.
Nice to Have:
A passion for collegiate sports and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge in at least one Hawk-Eye service.
Experience in remote support and communication.
Attention to detail for completing documentation accurately.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $43,112 to $57,482. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
