Description

 JPI is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst who possesses equally- developed skills in training and maturing an OCM capability within an IT organization. A successful candidate must possess (or be able to acquire within three months of onboarding) the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification. Please note that this position is contingent upon anticipated award.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing OCM plans based on Prosci ADKAR in support of IT initiatives.
  • Engaging users to prepare them for change created by technology enhancements. 
  • Developing and executing communication plans through the lifecycle of the OCM from building excitement to training, adoption, and reinforcement. 
  • Developing messages and communication materials to support communication plans.
  • Coordinating OCM activities and coaching initiative leads such as Product Owners and Project Managers.
  • Leveraging change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to develop training curriculums of new technology features. 
  • Curating (and creating, if necessary) training materials associated with comprehensive training approaches. 
  • Developing and delivering other training media and artifacts as needed.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) 
  • 5+ years total professional experience, including three (3) years of relevant OCM experience, including training experience and experience maturing an OCM capability within an IT organization.
  • Fluency in leading OCM methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR
  • Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives related to system implementations.
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification (or be able to acquire certification within three months of onboarding)
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve IT goals and objectives and delivering successfully on product requirements.

JPI is hiring for several positions and will consider your application across our current and future openings. Expected compensation for this role is between $55,000-85,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Please note that final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
