Business Intelligence Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Architect to join our team and lead the development and modernization of our BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BI architecture, data modeling, and visualization, with proven expertise in leveraging OLAP Cubes, SQL, and cloud-based tools to drive actionable insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, mentor development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in an enterprise environment.

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You have +10 year of experience in BI architecture (Business intelligence architecture).
  
• You are expert in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), data modeling, Microsoft Power BI, and OLAP (online analytical processing).
  
• You are proficient in Snowflake, data lake, Azure Analysis Services cubes (SSAS), and SQL/SQL databases.
  
• English - Native or fully fluent.
  

Responsibilities and more:

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions to meet business needs.
  
• Develop data models, semantic layers, and pipelines for reporting and analytics.
  
• Build and drive adoption of OLAP Cubes, dashboards, and visualizations.
  
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and optimize data integrity.
  
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  
• Drive innovation, mentor team members, and lead Agile processes.
  
• Deploy BI solutions on platforms like Snowflake and Azure.
  

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in developing and modernizing BI architecture.
  
• 5+ years of experience in BI solution development, including Power BI Datasets, DAX, and data modeling.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in OLAP Cubes using SSRS, SSAS (MDX), and Azure Analysis Services.
  
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data processing languages.
  
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing (DW) methodologies and architecture.
  
• Familiarity with storage and compute services on Azure and other cloud platforms.
  
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices, REST APIs, and Docker.
  
• Solid understanding of source code management, CI/CD, and configuration management.
  
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  
• ands-on experience in deploying solutions on Snowflake cloud data lakes.
  
• Knowledge of Agile development methods and practices.
  
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
