Brand Events Campaign Manager

Job Description
Weâre looking for a Brand Events Campaign Manager to join Procoreâs growing Marketing team. In this role, youâll plan and execute marketing campaigns in support of our annual industry event, Groundbreak. Youâll manage the strategy, messaging and campaign distribution to both prospects and customers, resulting in in-person and virtual attendance, improved event experience, and increased event revenue.Â
As the Brand Events Campaign Manager, youâll partner closely with various teams across marketing to ensure Groundbreak promotion reaches every audience around the globe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally to combine various ideas, priorities, and business goals into cohesive marketing plans.Â
This position reports to our Director of Event Marketing (USA) and can sit in any US office or remotely within the US. Travel will be on an as-needed basis. Weâre looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youâll do:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the event journey, serving as the primary resource for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns for Groundbreak, focusing on pricing, positioning, and enhancing the event experience to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Manage year-round Groundbreak campaigns in multiple regions to drive both in-person attendance and online engagement, regularly communicating plans to stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed ticket revenue, registration, and attendance goals for each annual event.
- Collaborate with marketing centers of excellence to optimize channel mix for promotion and work with Virtual Technology Event Manager and Automation teams to enhance registration and data collection processes.
- Analyze and track event KPIs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to assess performance and inform future strategies.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams in promoting event attendance to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
- Partner with regional Brand teams to strategize and execute campaigns for international Groundbreak events, including the first-ever event in Sydney, Australia.
What weâre looking for:
- 6+ years experience in campaign management or product marketing, or a similar role, 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS is idealÂ
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience required
- A strong understanding of Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and marketing performance data analyticsÂ
- Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable of (and comfortable with) independent critical thinking and problem-solving
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
- Comfortable working with and reporting data, decisions, and âŚ
