Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

The Role:

As a Billing & Coding Administrative Assistant, you play a key role in providing administrative and secretarial support for the department. Additional Duties include:

· Sorting and reviewing patient financial hardship applications for review.

· Uploading ROIs and other documents to patient accounts.

· Placing office supply orders/keeping track of supply statuses.

· Running daily/weekly/monthly reports.

· Sorting through digital correspondence and distributing.

· Sorting through e-faxes and distributing.

· Other ad hoc/miscellaneous duties.

Minimum Requirements to be considered:

•High School Diploma or GED
