The opportunity

The Affiliate Links Coordinator, internally known as the Fit Links Associate will be part of our Fit Links Data team and have a chance to develop in a dynamic and professional environment working remotely from the Philippines. You will be in charge of creating affiliate and custom links via proprietary software, generating reports, analyzing data, and other tasks for a large portfolio of B2B websites. This person will be reporting directly to our Fit Links Manager. You may do well in this role if you have past experience as a Data Entry Coordinator, Affiliate Marketer, or any position where you accurately input large amounts of data.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage cloaked links for partner companies, tailoring them to the unique demands of specific articles, partners, and landing pages across various site placements.
• Serve as a liaison between the Fit Links team and other departments such as Partnerships and relevant teams to ensure smooth operations, swiftly addressing any updates, issues, or roadblocks.
• Conduct comprehensive quarterly link audits to optimize links and ensure link quality is maintained.
• Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary software (Fit Links, FitPixel, Traction), becoming proficient in all its functions and capabilities. This includes learning the system's nuances to ensure efficient and effective use in daily operations.
