Summary
The Advisor Business Analyst - Process Modeler/Trainer provides strategic guidance and leadership in aligning information technology solutions with the business objectives of large-scale and high-priority accounts. As a subject matter expert and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, the Advisor Business Analyst collaborates with project leadership, oversees cross-functional project teams, and drives the design and implementation of complex business solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable results. Your role in our mission
- Serves as a strategic advisor, overseeing large-scale business analysis initiatives to improve critical business areas and client outcomes.
- Leads requirements gathering and validation sessions with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product capabilities.
- Designs complex business process models, integrating cross-functional workflows and stakeholder inputs.
- Oversees multiple projects, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Develops project plans for business analyst activities, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables across diverse workstreams.
- Leads efforts to identify organizational training needs, design comprehensive programs, and oversee training delivery for client and operational staff.
- Establishes knowledge-sharing frameworks, mentoring less experienced team members, and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Develops and implements business process evaluation methods to identify and address performance gaps.
- Directs the development of eLearning modules, training materials, and knowledge repositories to support business operations and project success.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of business analysis experience, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Extensive experience in CMS, MITA, healthcare IT systems, and Medicaid operational workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases and system design.
- Demonstrated expertise in training program design, including instructor-led and eLearning methodologies.
Essential skills
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
- Skilled in presenting to executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong project management expertise, including Agile and PMI-based methodologies.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by client needs.

The pay range for this position is $81,100.00 - $115,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
