Job Description
Youâll join Xplor Spot - the team that develops business management software for the Dry Cleaning Industry. We offer business owners a robust software system, which handles customer management, invoicing, production, pickup and delivery plus much more. Our software helps thousands of dry cleaning and laundry operators build highly profitable businesses â with less stress, and better control over their growth.
In this revenue-generating role, youâll help us scale our client base while owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in creating connections, building rapport with decision-makers, and exceeding quotas. You will provide product demonstrations to high level clients on Business Management Solutions.Â
Qualifications
Experience working in an Account Executive role with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota (will ask for proof)Â
Experience selling software via web/phoneÂ
Ability to provide tangible examples of learning new products quicklyÂ
Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)Â
Willingness to support teammates: both within the Sales team and other departmentsÂ
Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, Sales Management, etc.) to close dealsÂ
High level of empathy for potential customers, current customers, and coworkersÂ
An honest and genuine approach to helping potential customersÂ
Ability to articulate product value proposition with any level of detail or brevityÂ
A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performerÂ
A willingness to perform Outbound in addition to Inbound Sales - including cold calling and email campaigns
Willingness to be coached (weekly Team Trainings)Â
This position has a base salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
