The Opportunity...

As the Director of the Security Delivery Practice, you will spearhead our Security Transformation initiatives, guiding enterprise customers through transformative projects aimed at achieving secure business outcomes using Company services. You will establish and lead a new Security Delivery practice, crafting niche offerings, defining delivery best practices, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping security enablement across our wider services team and consult on ESP business development.

What You'll Do...

  • Form and lead a new Security Delivery practice, developing new offerings and delivery best practices.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions using existing and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with CISOs and Director-level executives to drive business transformation and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Work closely with internal security teams and customer leadership to design enterprise security solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on client-facing engagements, ensuring high standards of delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and retain a team of up to 10 security engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver business-focused security solutions in collaboration with sales and support teams.
  • Drive innovation and feature development based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

Who You Are...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading security transformation initiatives and delivering high-impact projects for enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and retaining top talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise, with the ability to drive performance by objectives and key results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.

US Pay Range

$166,345 - $292,100 USD
