    Within Zip, the Integrated Marketing team spearheads a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on expanding the Zip user base by enhancing Zip’s customer experience. This team focuses on driving product adoption and activation, repeat purchases, and re-activation. Their responsibilities encompass owned and paid media, customer communications to nurture the customer file, product marketing, offer strategy, and growth-centric design. With clear KPIs in place, the team ensures performance measurement and optimization to drive Zip's sustained growth and success

    Core job functions

    • Deliver measurable impact to the business, with the primary objective of Zip direct-to-customer user growth by focusing on the following areas:
      • Performance media
      • Affiliate partnerships
      • Referral products 
      • Organic traffic channels (SEO & ASO)
    • Manage the performance budget and report on new customer funnels
      • Partner with risk, product, and product marketing teams to understand activation trends 
    • Partner with FP&A on performance forecasting for the business
    • Own the relationship with the performance media agency 
    • Be a leader on a team of seasoned marketers and subject matter experts to deliver great work 
    • Ensure work prioritized by the team is aligned to company strategic initiatives, and partner with cross-functional partners in the product, tech, finance, legal, and compliance orgs to deliver 
    • Partner with other marketing leadership team members, specifically for Brand and partner marketing to support with paid media execution across other functions

    • 2+ years in a leadership role

    Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations.

    The annual base Pay Range for this position is $144,000- $207,000. This range reflects our US national compensation (USN). Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy.

    Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. 

    If hired, employees will be in an 'at-will position' and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
