Senior Business Systems Analyst - United States

Responsibilities

We are Hiring! We are looking to add a Senior Business Analyst to the team! This qualified individual will join a high performing team. And will work closely with the business unit, functional group leaders and subject matter experts. This position includes interface with senior level executives and the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives that contribute directly to the business unit. This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Provide expert advice and strategic insights to Directors to assist in shaping the company's long-term vision, goals, and growth strategies
• Conduct thorough analyses of organizational structures, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement
• Assess potential risks and provide recommendations for risk management strategies to protect the organization's interests and ensure sustainable growth
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and enhance collaboration
• Offer guidance and mentorship to Directors and emerging leaders, supporting their growth and development within the organization
• Collaborate with Directors to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes and initiatives
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities for the organization to stay ahead of the curve
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, providing recommendations for policy enhancements and adherence
• Act as a key advisor during crisis situations, offering strategic guidance and assisting in developing effective crisis management plans

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Additional years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degre
