We currently have a career opportunity for a Salesforce Engagement Director to join our summit level Salesforce team. This is a remote role but there will be domestic travel required for this role to engage with our clients and our teams.Â
As an Engagement Director at Perficient, your role is pivotal within our global Salesforce practice. Youâll focus on supporting sales engagements, client engagement, partner strategy, execution, and collaboration, and revenue growth. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to drive results and financial performance. Additionally, you will foster an engaging colleague culture that inspires strong team and individual performance, in line with Perficient's People Promise.
Growth Mindset / Sales Partnership:
- Collaboration with Perficientâs sales team and practice leaders to support sales engagements.Â
- Engage in all aspects of sales, from identifying opportunities to crafting tailored solutions and creating compelling proposals.
- Contribute to our overall Salesforce partner engagement strategy, support the execution and measurement of our strategy.
Client Engagement:
- Foster strategic relationships with key client stakeholders including CXO, VP, and Director levels.
- Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive value and business outcomes.
Partner Engagement:
- Be a leader representing Perficient and our practice to Salesforce, articulate our value proposition and co-selling sales plays that create a win-win.
- Build and foster authentic relationships within Salesforce and the broader ecosystem.Â
Vision & Innovation:
- Provide strategic thought leadership for our practice, our clients, and Salesforce.Â
- Develop and execute plans that expand innovative offerings and enhance client value.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Team Leadership:
- Develop, mentor, and collaborate with our broader team of leaders and consultants.
- Champion collaboration, celebrate individual achievements, and manage the technical and business aspects of consulting.

- Demonstrable experience (typically 10+ years) in sales, delivery, and/or practice leadership.Â
- Demonstrable experience (ideally 3+ year) in the Salesforce ecosystem and working in collaboration with Salesforce field sales teams, partner sales team, and other critical leaders within Salesforce.Â
- Senior leader who understands the complexities of leading consulting engagements, understands our business, andÂ
- Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams.
- Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases and communicating client-specific value proposition and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
