Here is your chance. As a Change Management Leader for the IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO), you will be working to change Intel into the new version of itself and making a meaningful contribution to the corporate strategy of setting up the Intel Foundry business and our Intel Products group. You'll play a critical role by ensuring employee readiness to absorb transformative initiatives and enable program objectives by providing your change expertise as a member of the Change Management (CM) Center of Excellence (COE) for the IAO portfolio of programs. You will act as a change expert and change lead, demonstrating agility, tolerance of ambiguity and a bias for action to enable change and user adoption at the global process and detailed process level. You will focus on the people side of program implementations by analyzing the impact of change on business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.

Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans across the IAO portfolio of programs. This will include integrated change roadmaps, change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, a change network program, integrated communication and training strategies, sentiment analysis, and adoption metrics. You will act as a team member at times and a team lead at times. As a member of the CM COE, you will provide consultation and coaching to others, including helping others understand and execute change management standards consistently across the IAO programs. As Change Leader, you'll get to work across program and organizational boundaries to help design and deliver strategies that realize program goals, increase benefits realization, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

As a Change Management Expert for Intel's Foundry transformation, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Leading a group of change management leads aligned to a particular project or program within IAO.
  • Participating in the development, teaching, coaching and maintenance of change management standards for IAO change work.
  • Acting as a member of the IAO Change Management COE team and a CM expert on program change teams.
  • Creating and maintaining change management strategies, roadmaps, and plans that look across the landscape of IAO programs.
  • Applying change management expertise to design effective strategies that enable organizational and process change and transformation.
  • Building awareness of program changes, creating a desire to engage with related knowledge to do so effectively.
  • Developing the skills for employees to live into the future-state and reinforces the transformational shifts so the changes can be sustained.
  • Conducting stakeholder assessments to understand stakeholder needs and perspectives, detect change resistance, determine stakeholder engagement strategy and determining appropriate messaging and change tactics.
  • Creating and conducting coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various audiences, including key stakeholder management.
  • Supporting change management projects, including the researching, implementing and assessing from start to finish.
  • Conducting stakeholder meetings and interviews to capture feedback and track next steps to identify stakeholder development/training needs and develop programs/initiatives to meet those needs to enhance performance and integration.
  • Define and track change adoption metrics across IAO programs, including pulse surveys, sentiment analysis and recommending mitigation strategies, as appropriate. Organizing and maintaining schedules and timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to successfully drive project completion.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development, or related field AND 5+ years of demonstrated change management experience
  • OR Master's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development, or related field AND 4+ years of demonstrated change management experience
  • 6+ months experience with enterprise/large program change management work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional course study in Change Management
  • Prosci Certification (or other Change Management certification program)
  • Proven experience working in virtual and matrixed teams
  • Experience leading multiple change management efforts simultaneously
  • 2+ years experience with enterprise/large program change management work

This is a remote work set-up but candidate must be willing to work in US Pacific time zone.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California:$123,139.00-$203,801.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
